The Daring Way™

Based on the research of Brené Brown
What is The Daring Way™?
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The work focuses on courage building, shame resilience, and uncovering the power of vulnerability. The methodology is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, and groups.
How it applies to our work
As a Daring Way™ Trained Facilitator, I use this work with individual clients, couples and in groups. During our process, we take a deep dive into topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We use a wide array of exercises to help examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding you back. We then work to identify the new choices and practices that will move you toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on helping you to develop shame resilience skills and create daily practices that transform the way you live, love, work, parent, and lead.
